    Football Question # 13.

After an incomplete pass, A12 enters the game as A11 departs. After the ready signal, the referee stops the 25 second count because B1 is found to be injured. While the ball is dead, A12 withdraws and A11 returns to the huddle.

    A. No problem.
    B. Illegal substitution.

For some reason, I THINK there has to be one play at least for a sub.
Lol....so I will go with B And buck the trend.

The correct answer to question # 13

is, A for NCAA and B for HS.

RULE 3 Periods, Time Factors and Substitutions.

              Legal Substitutions
ARTICLE 2. A legal substitute may replace a player or fill a player vacancy provided none of the following restrictions is violated:

              d. Substitutes who become players must remain in the game for one play and replaced players must remain out of the game for one play, except during the interval between periods, after a score, or when a timeout is charged to a team or to the referee with the exception of a live-ball out of bounds or an incomplete forward pass.
