Anyone else see Speith's major gaffe yesterday? He had an 18 in. tap in putt for par which would have left him just two strokes off the lead. Well, you guessed it, he missed it. I hate it for Speith, but it kind of makes ole hackers and duffers like me better about my game.

Spieth overcame the gaffe to win the tournament in a playoff with Patrick Cantlay.

Been quite busy and didn’t see a single shot of this tourney, MD. The week after the Masters seems like sort of a letdown.
Thanks for update and good for Jordan!

Jordan seems like a very classy guy. Fans were waiting for his autograph. He went over and talked to them and told them he might be in a playoff and, if so, to wait and he would come back after the completion of the tournament. They waited and, true to his word, he came back and signed autographs for them.

I think he’s well liked by fan and his competitors alike. Probably peaked around age 21 and I’m still happy anytime he makes a good showing.

Also—didn’t take Scotty Scheffler long to become a favorite of mine. Should be around the top of the golf world for a long time.
