Possible change to grad xfer rule

Coach Cal and Travis mentioned in article. I'd be for this if it allowed two years to complete post grad degree. Don't a lot of grad degrees take more than a year?

In the good old days a masters degree was 2 years post grad studies and a doctorate was 4.
