It's a conspiracy. I'm old enough to remember the days before ESPN. I saw as many games (as I wanted to) then, as I do now. Over the years, it's become perverted and exploitative. No matter how many hoops you jump through, or how much you spend, there is always another hoop flung in your path to get the whole schmegegy. I've jumped through all the hoops I'm going to. I suppose it will eventually erode to the point that I don't watch any sports.
