It goes without saying, but Kentucky women’s basketball commit Maddyn Greenway is really, really good. However, she’s even better than most folks have given her credit for in the past.
With Georgia Amoore taking her talent to the WNBA, it would be great to have the 5-foot-8 prodigy step into her role immediately, but she won’t arrive in Lexington until the 2026-27 season. Of course, Georgia Tech transfer Tonie Morgan should be a more than fine filler at the one until we get to that point.
The 2026 class is is pretty guard-heavy, but even still, Greenway is among the best of the best in that class. ESPN/HoopGurlz recently updated their rankings — including their 2026 Super 60. The rankings seem to confirm just how good the Minnesota native really is.
Maddyn Greenway is Kentucky WBB's highest-ranked commit since 2013
