Recruit to watch

Danville Christian Academy's Grace Mbugua is one of the top juniors in the state. She's 6-4 and led the state in rebounding for the last 3 years while scoring 25 points a game. She had committed to Liberty in the 9th grade but has decided to open up her recruitment per a recent article by Larry Vaught. She's a tremendous prospect and from what I've heard programs on the level of LSU are interested in her. Grace is from Kenya and the people from Danville Christian are like family to her. She might be interested in staying close to Danville for that reason. She's not showing up yet on the major recruiting lists, partly because she's not played AAU, and possibly because her coach isn't connected in those circles. She's definitely one to watch.

Her sister is at Carson Newman so if UT made a real push they might interest her in going there. It's not that far from Knoxville to Carson Newman.
