Back when Angel McCoughtry (Louisville Cardinal, WNBA # 1 pick 2009) was the premier player that the Dream built the program around, they were hot! The team began declining around 2018 (Angel was hurt a lot- she's now with Minn Lynx); they revamped front-office, have some new investors/owners, gutted the team and now are rebuilding...Rhyne is the first major piece of the rebuild puzzle.
