GREENVILLE, S.C. – SEC Player of the Year Rhyne Howard scored 33 points, but the 17^th-ranked Kentucky women's basketball team fell to Georgia 78-66 on Friday in the Southeastern Conference Women's Basketball Tournament.

Howard added five rebounds, three steals, an assist and a blocked shot in the game. Chasity Patterson scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Cats.

Howard is an outstanding player, but sometimes I think our Ladies depend on her to much, and can get caught in a bind against the better teams.

Correct, in my opinion, my friend. I was thinking about posting this very thing the other day. As good as she is, and with all she brings to the table, I'm not so sure that we won't be better w/o her. Coach LZ needs to find some bigs though. That's been the thing that has been our biggest problem in most of our losses, in my opinion.

I agree. I get the feeling in late game situations part of the over dribbling problem is they are looking for Howard to much and we have others who can shoot but don't.

Howard can't do all of the heavy lifting, it can't always be that they go as Howard goes they need some balance.

I root for the women's team as long as they are not playing my Game****************s. I've been a fan for 13yrs since Coach Staley arrived when she was just building the team from scratch!
