Derek Willis was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication. Not a good look for one of Kentucky's only experienced players.

It's only a big deal insofar as Willis reportedly had an issue early in his career for not caring a whole lot. I went to a game once and saw him shoot left-handed during the entire warm-up session.
Last year he got a chance and he made the most of it, but you know Cal would love to play one of these freshmen over him if he could. That's just Cal's MO. Wenyen Gabriel is sitting out there and Cal will give him those minutes if Willis doesn't stay focused.Comment

Even while intoxicated, smiling is not what you want in a mug shot...........Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Not a huge deal...the mugshot picture is brutal though and I am sure Cal is pissed. Definitely not the thing you want to see from a senior and a leader on the team.
Pretty minor deal considering he did what every other college aged kid does every weekend. However, he should be smarter than this.Comment

A Tweet from C-J said he was found passed out next to the drivers side door of a car. He may have been lucky he passed out. If he had got into that car only more bad things would have happened. He may get an early season suspension for this and probably should.Kentucky fan since 1971.Comment
