This game stinks. Over-officiated.

College basketball REALLY needs to reconsider the officiating. If your officiating isn't changing the play on the floor, then you have to realize it's only affecting the game, not the play.

And, frankly, it's making the game worse, IMO.

We lost our focus and let IU dictate how the game was played. When we were focused, we had control. Time to adjust, and hit our FT's.

Not a great coaching coaching move Cal to try and drive them relentlessly. It took Murray out of his natural game and made him revert to the player he was earlier in the year. IU's a bad defensive team, but when it was clear we couldn't drive past them we should've gone back to the old way.

Williams is winning the Battle of Enigmas against Poythress. Poythress has to find a way to stick in a two-footer or we're toast.

Really bad last few minutes after it felt like we'd outplayed them in a major way for the first part of the half.

One official is doing OK, another is in love with his charge mechanic, and the other just needs to engage the game.

We might need to run a little zone to prevent the drives. I can't believe Yogi is getting right around Ulis like that. We just need to settle down, get a few open 3s for Murray and Willis, and they will be fine.

I agree. We're trying to drive drive drive drive, but IU has sniffed that game out. So then we started to throw forearms.

We got a bad call on what looked like a Thomas Bryant walk that ended up as a three. Skal got a bad offensive foul on the one where he was trying to back the guy down. Other than that I thought it was okay.

Bryant walked big time. It's hard for me to imagine how those are missed.

Ulis 3 assists and 3 TO in the first half. He has tried to do too much. Short arming a few shots also. It is time to get everyone flowing in the game in the 2nd half TU. Lets get this done.

A couple of noteworthy things maybe. We need to play defense on those drives. Take a charge. Rotations could get better but can't leave open shooters. As far as making offensive fouls, pull up and shoot it or find the open man.

Run when it's there, otherwise grind. An up and down game plays right into their hands. Make them guard for 20-25 seconds,
