At this point it's a win-win.
I don't think the loss of Skal will hurt Kentucky that much. You have to have returners, but I think we're going to see at least 3 of these guys come back regardless of Skal. And I still think Skal can be a great player, which we saw flashes of Saturday.
But if he goes, then that means he probably put together a good postseason. That obviously helps UK. And we have freakazoids coming in at his position next year, so I don't think it will be that devastating of a blow.
The only way it hurts us brutally is if Briscoe gets a hair, Lee wants to transfer, and Willis and Humphries don't come along and we're left in a 2014-type situation with almost all freshmen.
You've got to have some experience. It doesn't have to drive the bus, but it has to take up a seat.
