    SEC Tournament Bracketology

With five teams still having a chance to win the SEC it gets a little complicated. UK could still finish anywhere from first to fifth.

UK could end up with anywhere between the 1 seed and a double-bye to being the 5 seed with just one bye.

It's crazy that Kentucky hasn't wrapped up the double-bye yet.

Georgia took care of South Carolina 74 to 72. So now it is down to 4. We will not be playing on Thursday.

I hate it that the SEC gets such a bad rap. I read somewhere a few weeks ago that the SEC leads all power conferences in home conference win %. For a league that is supposedly so bad, it is mighty hard to win on the road in this league. The league is getting better. More talent and better coaches recently. I just wish teams in this league not named Kentucky would actually play somebody OOC.

The South Carolina loss took care of UK having to play Thursday. The Game****************s could be sitting on that bubble come selection Sunday. If they should lose out to Arkansas and whoever they play in the first round of the SEC tourney I wouldn't be so sure they will make the NCAA's. They are playing poorly now and their OOC schedule was ranked in the 300's.

Here's a good roundup of the scenarios for UK. Basically if they win they will play in the afternoon on Friday. If they lose they will play Friday evening. A four way tie for first would leave UK as the 4th seed in the tournament. We will know by around 4 pm tomorrow where they will end up.
