    The Return of the Tweak

Cal just said in the Florida pregame press conference that a friend called him and suggested a tweak.

    HERE WE GO AGAIN.

If it results in an NCAA Finals again I'm all for it. Coaches tweak things all season. No different here other than Cal hyping it up again.

Instead of a tweak, they need some inside players.

"NO"???? The last tweak took us to the championship. Tweak away, Cal.

Sounded like the tweak would be more mental than anything. Likely designed for Poythress.

They've done things all year to try and get him going right off the tip. They've gone to him on the first three, four possessions of the game a bunch of times, including IIRC the game against Vandy in Rupp where he had such a big game.

They didn't do that Saturday, so if I had to bet we'll see AP getting the ball early and often tomorrow night.

Honestly, the only tweak we need is Willis back on the floor...

Well it would also help if Poythress didn't score 0 points.

Having Willis out there greatly improves Alex's ability to operate in the paint.

It's so crazy how much of an impact Willis has on this team. I was skeptical before the season, but quickly noticed that Willis was needed badly for our offense to operate effectively.

Maybe he will go to the pick and roll with Ulis and Poythress. It was deadly in the one game he used it.

Yes. Using Alex in pick and rolls and at the free throw line is the best use of him.

Or (shuddering) Briscoe drives and passes to Ulis,Murray, or Willis if he plays.
