Seth Davis is tweeting about this. Says that Allen both gets favorable and unfavorable treatment from fans because he's a Duke player (I agree).

Also says that the first tripping incident was a little harder to see (I totally disagree).

I think he should get a one-game suspension.

I don't really condone this, but the guy who fell should have faked an injury just to bring more attention to this ridiculousness. Seriously, what does it take to make a guy stop doing stupid stuff?

In school, tripping was on par with some of the lowest stuff you could do. It was extremely embarrassing and usually resulted in more than words being exchanged.

It will happen sooner than later, maybe not on a national stage but guys like that always, and I mean always get themselves in trouble by doing ticky tack crap. One day he will do it to a guy that will put him in the ground.

I was thrown out of the Y, on High Street in Lexington back in the early 80s when i had to drop a guy for that kind of thing. Under cut when you go up for a shot or rebound, trip and act like they did nothing and then the final straw was a well placed elbow to my left eye. He by the way did not remember that day 2 seconds later, out cold-as Jerry Clower would say- "he looked Graveyard Dead". Was it worth it, no. I loved being a member of that Y. I played there from the time i as 15 till that day. Helped coach a summer league for 10 to 12 year old boys with Richard Master Blaster Madison.

Tyus Jones flopped after shots at least four times every game. Was the worst I've ever seen at it, and often he'd draw a call.
