What is the seat belt rule? I know you can't give the colorful specifics on the board, but what type of things do they say that warrants a T? Is it telling them they made bad calls? Telling him to pull his head out of his rear? Or more colorful and advanced than that? I remember my coach getting a T here and there but it was only when he cursed. I am sure it is different in college.

The seat belt was in effect in HS several years ago, and the coaches could not stand and coach. No set rule about what words warrant a T. Cursing will certainly get an officials attention.

That 2 and 1/2 hour practice has given us the will to play harder and do the thing CAL always talks about. Fight for each other out there.
