UK's loss to Ohio St turning into a disaster

Going to hurt UK in tourney seeding, IMO.

OSU lost by 35 today against Maryland after losing by 25 against IU.

How in the hell did UK lose that game?

Because we're aren't an elite team. There's no sense acting like it was some unimaginable upset. If we get lucky, and hot, the season could have an exciting end. But, that will be lucky, and hot. Outside of that, we're a solid and standard 20-23 win team that's as capable of a good win as we are a bad loss.

Yeah, I totally agree. UK is not elite and could be upset by just about anyone. But, take away the name Ohio St and give their same resume to Long Beach St or someone random and people would be blown away UK lost to them.

Of course there is no "we beat duke and uofl, we still have the talent to win a bunch more games and make the tournament." It is all about how much a team we lost to sucks because they lost to another team. Guess what? It doesn't matter. UK will get it together and make the tourney. Heaven forbid we aren't number one in the country and dominating other teams. If all you want to do is bring up nothing but negative stats, that are pretty irrelevant, then maybe you should go find a better team to degrade.

There's no singular loss that is going to impact seeding in the NCAA tourney. It'll be the aggregate of losses.

Tempering the current losses will be wins over UofL (if they improve) and Duke.
