Donnie FREEMAN is out for the year with an archilles injury. Hate it for the guy and hope he heals well.enough to play again

That said, I'm glad we missed out on his recruitment, we've had more than. Our share of the injury bug.

Sorry for Freeman. Just think with his injury past if Pope would have landed him and missed on Mom half the fan base would be roasting Pope right about now. Hope the guy makes a complete and full recovery. It will be all up to him once he has surgery. If he does what his medical team tells him and then builds back the way his strength and conditioning team tells him he can be 90% again. Doubt he will ever be 100% with that injury.

I hate it for the kid, and for St. John’s. They had a shot at being a really good squad this season with Freeman, Yessoufou, Jackson, and Ellis. It’s a shame we will not get to see that group play together this season.
