I have been out of the state for close to 10 years, but the last few years have tried to go back home for a game in Rupp or meet family at a neutral site game. Any games you all are looking at going to next season? I have been talking to my dad about maybe flying out for the UK-iu game, in Indy.

Probably not unless someone gives me some free tickets and the game is on a weekend. Sitting in my living room watching on a nice TV with my own snacks and not having to deal with driving, traffic, parking, etc. is a much better experience.

I typically agree, but I do enjoy getting to at least one game during the season.

Never will step in Rupp Arena again. My knees cannot handle it.

Yeah. Like I said, I'll go and enjoy it if it's on a weekend and the tickets are free. Short of that, it's not worth it to me.

Not as long as Pope is coach.

We didn’t go to the SEC tournament this year for the first time since it was brought back in 1979.

We have been to London, Maui, the Bahamas, Canada, etc. to UK games. To MSG, the United Center, every FF the Cats have played in since 1978.

But I will not spend one dime on tickets, hotel rooms and travel until Pope is outta here.

I’ll watch on TV and hope we win.

As soon as he is gone we will pick right back up. That day can’t come soon enough.

Do you have a specific reason or is it just wins & losses over the last two years? Is it because of that shameful Gonzaga performance and the slow starts? Would you start going again under Pope if we have some good years and tournament performances - as in better than what we've had over the last 8 seasons or so?

I am in my 60s, my right knee (which has had 5 surgeries) is much older. Doctor puts it at 105 and that was 10 years ago. My left is in the 90s again 10 years ago. lol

I do good to mow my grass and move about the house these days. A walk in a store is like taking on the Appalachian Trail. I have 600 plus acres in Letcher County that is a nature preserve. I have not walked it in a long time and probably will not put foot on it again. My brother and sister might or maybe our kids but that is life. I am lucky right now and work from my house. Love Rupp and Commonwealth but it is too much to go any more.

For those that can I live through them.
