    75% is pretty much the standard in coaching contracts at that level. You're probably not going to be able to get around that in a contract.

        Thanks for the information and link.

        I was aware that 75% was fairly standard for the first three years of a buyout but thought additional years were normally at a lower rate. If not, so be it.
