Santa Clara big wins was St Marys, Xavier and minnesota. Lost to Zags 3 times. Couple of their guys are listed as guards at 6'9 but they do not have many bigs in the middle. Have like 9 guys that average between 30-12 minutes a game. Scoring has 3 guys in double figures from 15 to 11 ppg. Guard leads the way Hammond then a forward Mahi and finally Graves a forward. One 6'7 and one 6'9. They have 3 or 4 100 pt games and some in the 90s. If the game is in the 60s through to 80 or so they tend to lose those.

We have fallen so far to be so worried about this game. Yes they are good. Yes we are an average SEC team that can win games against about anyone in our region but can also lose to anyone. Come Friday at around 2:45pm we will know. Might know earlier if our team that hates to play in the first half shows up. It is what it is this year. I am just not fretting over any 10 seed. If UK wants to play and wants to move forward in this tourney, and if Coaches want to move forward in this tourney, they will do what it takes Mon-Thurs to be ready at Noon on Friday. This is one March I enter with not much excitement or expectations. This team is very inconsistent and hasn’t shown the ability to beat one of the top tier teams. Hopefully we can handle business in the first game and see what happens.Comment
