I guess Crawford’s recruitment was purely a ploy to lure Stokes. I thought they may want him to fill an assistant position even without Stokes. Don’t we still have a spot or 2 to fill?

I'm thinking out loud here.....but I believe they may be waiting for Barnhardt to officially be out and a new AD in place. Reason being, Cody Fueger and Mark Fox have contracts that expire on June 30th, which I believe is also the day that Barnhardt's tenure as AD is officially over. So they'll need to add one (Brooks and Hart left but only Mo Williams has been added) and possibly two if Fox is not retained. I'm guessing Fueger is going to be here, since he's been loyal to Pope for several years now.
