Nothing wrong with civil discussion. The point I made was the season isn't over as some would have you to believe.

No one thinks the season is over. Nor do I see anyone not being civil.

Those are false points that you and others use in an attempt to vilify those who think differently than you. That's your totalitarian "I'm right and everyone except those who think like me is wrong" mentality speaking for others.

Everyone knows that there are still games left to play.

Some see what is ongoing WITHIN the season and understand that the end result, regardless of what happens with the 8 to 11 games left, will be less than a TWENTY TWO MILLIONS DOLLAR aka Ferrari like result.

And we're ok with discussing that as it is reality.

Whereas you and those like you wish to pretend that all is right with the world until some magical date to which you believe all others should adhere.

Due to inability of some to comprehend this, I state herein that the posts that I write on this forum are the opinions of myself and, unless otherwise stated, aren't presented as facts.

      These are opinions.

Really didn't think such a statement of the obvious would be required. Alas...here we are.

Your opinions, not facts, for what their worth.

More of that passive aggression. Love it. So civil. So polite. lol

No where did I claim my opinions were facts.

Rather than define opinion and fact for you. I shall illustrate. It would seem that you can't tell the difference between the expression of each.

Fact: Mark Pope is the basketball coach at the University Kentucky.

Opinion: He's doing fine and all will work out.

Fact: Mark Pope is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ formerly known as LDS or Mormon.

Opinion: Mark Pope's substitution patterns are quixotic and subversive to continuity within the flow of most games this year.

Fact: Mark Pope substitutes players within each game.

Opinion: Jasper Johnson will not return next year because he is unhappy with his utilization and coaching.

Fact: I posted an article on this forum and 5 hours later, you posted the exact same article.

Opinion: You weren't paying attention and didn't check before you posted the exact same article as I had posted earlier.

Fact: I post various opinions, statistics and articles on the basketball forum and react to the posts of others as I feel appropriate.

Opinion: You are annoyed by the very existence of opinions that differ from yours and abhor any post or poster which/who does not meet your personal standards of decorum. Because of this, you react poorly to others whom you feel do not meet your personal standards of behavior. Further, you believe that any form of disagreement in public is uncivil.

          See how that works?

Now, a question. You do know what those are, I assume.

May I presume that you believe everything has passed swimmingly this season and that you further believe that next year a miraculum dei maximi? shall be visited upon Pope who will then go on to ad majorem follis canistraque ludus? gloriam??
