    Bg was huge last night

I haven't been a big fan of Garrison all season but he was good last night, really good. A double double, 20 points and 11 rebounds is his best output in his time at Kentucky .
He could become a force towards the Cats success down the stretch if he can sustain this type of play.
Where has he been all year, where was the effort?

I think the skill has always been there, but I have a feeling he has had people in his ear since last year telling him he needs to be a different type of player for the nba. Pope even mentioned how he wanted to shoot more three's etc. That is not how he impacts games, it's by being aggressive and rebounding, grabbing loose balls, finishing around the rim and passing, which he can be very effective at all of those things.

His stat line indicates a really, really good game. I think he still has a lot of untapped potential.

I have always believed that Garrison has the potential to be a good player. I think if he can get mentally there he can become that player.

I have as well. He looks to still have a lot of upside.

I like that he has some attitude....just needs to point it in the right direction.

We ould love for him and Moreno to take the next step on both ends

Garrison was a highly recruit and he has a lot of skill and like many I hope he continues to play like he did last night. Just needs to watch all the trash talk and not losing his temperature. Could really help this team the rest of the season if he continues this type of play.

Garrison’s next step should be to improve his defensive play in the block. He’s good defensively out front and would be great if he could become better inside. Good game last night offensively and rebounding!

Garrison has insane ability. He just needs to continue to focus his efforts on the things that bring value to the team.

If he can work on his help-side D, and more importantly on staying between his man and the basket (he still does the matador dropstep), he could be an incredible stopper in the paint. He also doesn't try to affect and block nearly enough shots for someone with elite jumping ability and wingspan.

On offense, he needs to limit his 3-point attempts (one per game is good to keep them honest), and also limit his back to the basket backing down (usually ends with a bad shot). Instead, he can focus on boxing out, fighting for rebounds and putbacks, running the floor for transition lobs, and making himself available deep in the post.

I really love his energy. Pairing that with focus would make him a potential All American candidate next season.

                        Love Garrison's attitude.

Don't mind him taking the three judiciously.

I remember some dude not allowing KAT to shoot the three. Then KAT becomes a threat from 3 in the NBA.

A big who shoots the three is a huge threat who can open things up.

Maybe he has that potential. However, banging down low and rebounding cannot be put aside to meander around the three point line shootin' 3s 'cause they ain't no Fo's.
Be not an hypocrite in the sight of men, and take good heed what thou speakest. Exalt not thyself, lest thou fall, and bring dishonour upon thy soul, and so God discover thy secrets, and cast thee down in the midst of the congregation, because thou camest not in truth to the fear of the Lord, but thy heart is full of deceit.?
