No surprise, SEC coaches rank UK top job

Field of 68 polled SEC coaches on the top job in the league, and of course UK was first. Surprisingly, Texas was ranked the second best SEC job. I understand the money aspect, but are they investing that in bball?

    top 5: 1. UK 2. Texas 3. Arkansas 4. Tennessee 5. Florida

    a look at other league’s top 5
    ACC: 1. Duke 2. Unc 3. Louisville 4. Virginia 5. NC st
    B10: 1. Michigan 2. Indiana 3. Michigan st 4. Illinois 5. Purdue
    B12: 1. Kansas 2. Arizona 3. Texas tech 4. BYU 5. Houston
    Big East: 1. Uconn 2. Villanova 3. Marquette 4. Creighton 5. St. John’s

Lots of money, good location, good weather and potential with Texas without HUGE expectations. Texas fans have expectations but it's more or less a Final Four every decade and a half with potential for a Natty.

Texas has football on the brain so a good BB coach can run almost under the radar and build something special there with the resources available.

I've always thought that Texas had untapped potential.
