When he was brought on board, I remember how excited many posters here were.... and I kind of laughed because I thought he would be a decent backup who could provide toughness and intangibles, but I didn't see him as this ALL-SEC type player and difference maker that a lot of people were acting like. That's what I thought at the time and that's what I still think.
At the time I think we were still in the running for Alvaro Folgueiras and I thought that Folgueiras would start and he would be a decent backup.Comment

He sucks and damn well best believe if Oats saw anything special in him they would have never let him walk away from Alabama. Pope and staff got bamboozled hoodwinked.
