        Owensboro. Finished high school at Tell City. He listed Owensboro. Native of Daviess County

              He has done it every time, and he did again last night, Riles pointed out that the leaders on that team were Larry Conley who was the smartest player and passer and orchestra leader and the late Tommy
              Kron who was arguably the first 6’5”
              guard in college basketball and solid as a rock. They adjusted their role as seniors to let Dampier and Riles be the scorers. Thad Jaracz has always said I was just glad to be there…I did whatever Adolph told me to do. I was so glad to see Jaracz was the Y last night. prayers for Larry Conley in an Atlanta nursing home having suffered two strokes.

                    I was born in 62, so didn't see the Runts, but certainly have heard and read of them over the years. What an exciting team they must have been up watch, heard (most games were listened to on the radio then), and follow. It was a blessing to see them honored.
