Just rewatched that game, WOW!
I remember listening to that game on radio while at work. I lived in Indiana and they played it over the intercom, I was the only Cat fan in the place. I took some serious heat that day from my co workers but I gave as good as I got.
IU was undefeat and ranked number one in the nation and were huge favorites to win it all but on that day, that game belonged to the Kentucky wuldcats.
One of the Cats greatest games!

Remember watching it with my Frat Brothers at WKU. IU had beaten UK by 24 earlier in the Season and Knight had hit Joe B.in the head with a rolled up program

Lol, yeah I remember that game from earlier that year also. After knight whacked joe b on the back of the head, Joe's assistant coach, Lynn Nance had to be restrained from going after knight.
