As for the " you suck as a fan talk" , i am almost 1000% convinced that Mark Pope himself would agree about the performance of his team. He knows it's Kentucky, he knows the expectations, he knows exactly what he signed up for. The days of sugar coating second place participation trophy days are over. Almost 13 years without a title and all the Calipari embarrassements are over,we want Championships, we want to be relevant again..

I want Pope to succeed, he's a great person. His staff needs to carry some of his burdens

JQ and Lowe just energized the whole team. They all locked and engaged for once, it was a beautiful thing.

My apologies for fire Pope talk, was ticked off and caught up in the moment.

I like Pope,he's a great person plus at the end of the day, we are talking about and depending on 18-22 year old kids, anything can happen.

I attached a photo. Mark Pope actually had a mental breakdown, so invested in trying to do a good job and live up to expectations. I can fully appreciate and respect that. He is human like everyone else doing the best job he can up to his abilities.

Great win today, he needed that, we needed that, team needed that, I needed that..

Lowe is the key. Have to hope he can play most of the games. Teams will target his shoulder and try to take him out. I am more worried about his health than I am JQ's. I think JQ will be fine health wise going forward.

I used to live a die with every game when I was young. Would be upset for days after a loss.
As I got older i started looking at all sports as entertainment. A break from real life. I watch every game. Always will till I die as long as I am healthy enough and in my right mind.

. losing absolutely sucks. But after the buzzer sounds. I don't let it effect me. I got a little bummed out in March last several years under Cal. Because March is my favorite time of the year. Love the tournament. But once UK is eliminated it is not the same watching and I usually don't watch.

To start the second half, Moreno's 6 points set the tone, Oweh's 5-0 run changed the game. He stepped up, the rest followed ,they never looked back..

I think you’re right about Lowe and JQ. That shoulder is way too fragile to feel good about getting a season from him. But JQ had an injury that’s quite common. They were conservative in bringing him back from it. Probably no more reason to worry about him getting hurt again than anyone else.

If Lowe stays on the floor we’re likely dangerous. Today in the second half it wasn’t like he was out there for a moral lift. He was doing Lowe things. Maybe there’s hope. The Goose talked today about dealing with the same thing his final season. Worked out OK for him.

Was with my sister, her kids and husband do not care to cook christmas cookies and treats. We talked at Thanksgiving. I made quite a few cookie batters and she cooked them today. Was like being at my moms as young adults. Mom was a heck of a cook/baker.

So did not see any of the game or even hear anything besides my brother texting me around the 2:40 mark saying good game for UK.
I have not read much here yet either. Will look at everything and see what y'all thought. Have a great evening.
