Same here. Enjoyed that interview. I was paying attention to those around him and I did not sense any animosity at all.

I have felt that Oweh and Aberdeen didn't mesh well but i was wrong, that interview cleared that up for me...

Jasper is one of those guys who needs to get acclimated to college ball and playing for the team. He’s someone who could make a big jump over the season/into next year.

IF.... he's around next year. Word has it he wants to turn pro after this year. But I agree, he could make a huge jump if he would realize that he CAN score....he just needs to show he can pass and involve his teammates.

I also saw a report that Hawthorne of all people is a off-season NBA prospect, thats crazy..

I’m sure he does, but that seems like a big mistake for him right now. Different players, but I could see him having a Quickley type improvement from year 1 to 2 and helping his draft stock. NIL can keep him content one more year lol

I’m not sure that there actually is fighting and animosity on the team. I just think it’s a poorly coached and poorly constructed roster that was sold to us as a “Ferrari.” Hard to complain about a 35 point win (which I didn’t get to watch as I was at a high school game) but I need to see these guys beat someone of consequence.

If i had to compare JJ to recent past players,I'm thinking TY TY Washington maybe.

Still, TY can't hold a job, hope Jasper is ready when he leaves. Needs a solid year in the gym in my opinion. Like Quickly, one more year would do wonders.
