    10 Minutes

10 Minutes without scoring an FG.

Ain't gonna win many games like that.

    1 of 13 from Three

    41-30 Rebounds
only 8 Offensive Rebounds where UNC grabbed 20

the ONE three came from a backup center. nothing from the guards. it is unacceptable to go that long without a field goal

1 of 13 from 3 and that one was Garrison. Wow!!

Nothing much from Noah. Aberdeen has to improve his shooting efficiency.

How much difference would a healthy Lowe, Dioubate, and Quaintance make in this game?

Lowe would have definitely have helped during that scoreless stretch.

Would Dioubate and Quaintance shut down Wilson and Veesaar? I think they would have at least made them work for their baskets.

I know, I know we want results not excuses, but the only thing giving me any hope right now for this season is that we have three projected starters out. The only way this team has a respectable season is if those guys come back 100% very soon. If not, we are probably looking at a NIT team.

          Fingers crossed.

When Pope is recruiting, does he realize that he's recruiting for Kentucky and not Salt Lake U?

I don't see how this team cost 20 Million bucks.

Thus far, this seems like a team of second sons.

Zero dominant dudes who can get it when they want.

I thought Oweh would be that guy but he seems hesitant.

And these guys are too in love with the three, stand outside the arc and dribbling all over the place.

            Where's the crisp passing?

Pope says he understands the assignment. I'm beginning to question whether he can make the grade.

Something tells me that people are regretting all those posts earlier this year when they weren't worried about the shooting because of the improvement in physical toughness, defense, athleticism and depth.

Yup people are not eating crow, they are biting the heads off live bats right now including me. I am almost nuclear now. Not sure Pope knows his team. If he did he would have a game plan to utilize these guys to the best of their ability. Defense was there, no rebounding, people stating they are glad Mo is not playing just found out how much he does down low without scoring. AJ is a true Euro guy and does not even know how to put a body on someone, Williams is the same. Moreno played 31 minutes and had 9 rebounds. Can you ask for more from a freshman, sure, but he was not the main problem.

We will lose in Nashvegas Friday. We will lose to SJ as they will punk us around the court. IU will try to run up the score. Pope better use that big brain of his, stop lying to himself and put in a game plan that he might hate but could work for his team. This team is not built for Pope's style. Problem is... he built it.

Defense Athleticism Toughness are usually trademark of teams who attack the rim and get to the line in my opinion, not finesse teams who shoot 30 three's a game.

                      Is Pope conflicted?
                      .
He came here wanting to run a modified Golden State 3 point offense then after a taste of SEC basketball for a year, he's bringing in guys more athletic but can't shoot so it seems.

Right now i have to forget about the losses and overall the record, just be happy to make the tournament and reboot at this point.

This went to hell real quick and it aint over or about to get any easier.. I just want a healthy team with a few games under its belt before tournament time.

I thought we had that team during the summer. I’m afraid we’ll be lucky to survive the next several months.

Oweh is the closest thing to an offensive threat this team has. I would play Jelavick in the post as he can actually score down there. We need more scoring threats. We don't have enough players with outside shooting to run what we are running.

Dioubate would have made a huge difference in the rebounding department. The team really missed him.
