I am confident that pope will get these issues corrected. Percentage wise we out shot them from the field,(they made only one more from 3 than us), we out rebounded them.

I'm a big Pope fan, but I too find that statement head scratching. Biggest problem with our D IMO is we have no rim protector. Moreno might become one at some point but not right now. That's why straight line drives are killing us, beat the guard and you got a clear path to the hole. Look what happened to our guys when they went in the paint,swarmed and often stripped. UL. CONTESTED every shot at the rim. ULs coach noticed MO cheats in to help inside so he had his guy a good 3 point shooter and he had him leak out. He then drew a play where Mos guy passed it inside,and as Mo moved down immediately pass it out to his shooter for wide open 3.Ran it successfully numerous times.Popes answer was take MO out, but he didn't fix it till the second half. Putting the bigger rangeir Jelavick out front to at least harass the shooter chased their 3 point % go way down.
