Moreno has some flaws but he has a HIGH ceiling. Jelavic not having a good game - quick shots, bad positioning on defense and rebounds. Chandler looking like the player I was hoping he'd be this year. Lowe adds a TON to the offense. Jasper will make some dumb mistakes but he is gonna be really good.

Great defense to get that shot clock violation on Valpo.

That’s kinda fun! Bring on the Hoyas. I think we could play with them after all.

Jelavic brings that same dimension that Amari Williams had. He can rebound and start the break.

I notice Chandler and Jelavic developing a little on court chemistry.

Kam Williams, not as good as advertised. Definitely not on Brea or Robinson level. Third behind Chandler Noah in my opinion for PT.

Georgetown was a fluke that needed to happen, glad it didn't count.

Tuesday should be a battle if Louisville doesn't talk itself out of it before the game.

I think Jelly is doing a decent job on defense. He has kept smaller guards in front of himself without fouling. He has a way to go but I like where he is at for Nov 7th.

Good half. The players were more engaged. Team showing more energy. Hitting their shots. Sharing the ball. Can they keep it going in the 2nd half?

Like that lob from Lowe to Moreno ending in a dunk.

It can sometimes be hard to tell how much there is to take away from games against this level of competition, but I do like that this was a much better start heading into our first true challenge of the season.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the offense still gets a little choppy at times with Lowe and Aberdeen both on the bench, but Johnson has shown some flashes tonight of being able to step into a playmaker role instead of strictly hunting his shot like he was doing at first. If he keeps growing more comfortable doing that, it could pay dividends later in the season.

He's barely just starting to get acquainted. For a college basketball player with his wingspan to do the things he can do, it's freakish. Pass shoot, dribble defend, checks all the boxes..

He has been better in space than he has been in the paint

Valpo has an opening like a bagel in the middle.
