      LFG!
Going forward, Christian Laettner volunteers to catch any dildos flung on a basketball court - or anywhere else.

        Little Things I Noticed.
        1. JQ has not favoring of his leg, no limp at all, no hitch in his walk or anything. He looks like he has never had a surgery. I know he only did layups but after that type of surgery and doing a drill you tend to lose some mobility waiting on the next thing and then after 1.5 hours of moving on it you might favor a bit. Nothing there.
        2. Hawthorne: Shot is legit. He is not afraid to go after a ball, take a bump for bigger guys and such. He can contribute.
        3. Noah: He will be on the floor a bunch. He is cutting harder, as Dykes would say violent cuts, he is going after everything, rebounding, playing defense much better. Shot is too legit.
        4. Jelavic: Looks good. Is catching up but looking good, will shoot with hand in his face.
        5. Mo, Aberdeen, Chandler, Garrison and Lowe will guard and guard hard. All have their hands on the ball a ton on defense. William as well.
        6. Williams: looks like he is just ready to take over at any time. He is quick to get to a spot on offense and on defense.

Main thing is each coach keeps saying they have to tell the guys to dial back the intensity against each other all the time. Several said they cannot wait to be unleashed on someone other than themselves.

                My thoughts:
At what point do we start to worry about Oweh?

It's confusing to me to hear people say that Quaintance is ahead of schedule, breaking re-hab records, looks great, no limp, etc. and then hear that he MIGHT play in December, but more likely January. I thought if things went well he'd be back earlier than that.

Everybody that participated looked great to me, though.

Coach alluded to that in his press conferences. He stated the plan is to bring him along slooooooow in order that he doesn't risk any injury. JQ is almost definitely a one and done at Kentucky. Pope doesn't wanna risk that.

I'm talking about how when he committed, there was talk he could possibly be back by very close to the start of the season. Now, he's doing really well, but might be back in January.

We really do have some crazy depth. It took me a few minutes to realize Williams was Kam Williams lol.

I am thinking we all took at at being back but UK staff and docs plan was to get him started (like he is now) and will bring it along as it goes.

Per Oweh (talking to Drumond) he is starting 5 on 5 with contact this week and per conversation with Pope it has just been he did not need to take unnecessary risk with contact. They know what they have in Oweh. He has been doing the drills and such just not the 5 on 5. (talking about since fall practice started).
