No. With pros and corporate logos on the uniforms will probably be the end for me.

I wonder how many old prostitutes Louisville will have on their roster going forward?
Going forward, Christian Laettner volunteers to catch any dildos flung on a basketball court - or anywhere else.

So they are no longer able to stockpile players for continuity. That is why I think a lot are getting out. So they do not have to constantly re-recruit for positions that used to be filled with the next guy in line.
        Good point.

I would say they are tired of the rat race all together.

It WILL become the norm. They have now set a precedent. Any denial of playing status to pro who still has eligibility will go to litigation, which the NCAA will lose because of the precedent THEY set.

Guess we will see. The G League is not a very attractive offer for the majority of younger players. Going overseas is not as popular as people thought it'd be a few years back. I am sure there will be cases of guys doing it and coming to college, but I do not see teams being filled with them. Most guys are going still go from HS to college.

I went to high school with Rex Chapman. I remember him announcing his decision for UK and within the next week he was driving a brand new IROC-Z28. It affectionately came to be known as the I-REX. While Rex never told me anything for certain, I was friends with his sister and she more or less admitted to some things, and he's pretty much on record these days saying others. Heck, half the guys who have been retired from pro ball for two or three decades are spilling the beans, whether it's former players from UK, UNC, Kansas, Syracuse, etc., etc., it doesn't matter...money was flying from all different kinds of angles.
Yeah about 10 years ago I worked with a guy who played college ball that told me the same thing. He wasn’t big time but he told me he had been a borderline 3/4 star player. He told me EVERYBODY got paid. Every single player; getting handouts and under the table deals etc. They all kept quiet at the time but he said pressure just had no idea how much money and gifts were going around
