And I always liked Converse for some reason. There at the end they were like the red-headed stepchild of the athletic game. At one point, probably as a last gasp effort, they kinda went with the Airwalk skater trend? That was odd.

There's still a Converse outlet store at that mall in Simpsonville.

I always hated when we moved from Converse and Russell. Such tradition. Now that the Converse name is back (hate that Nike owns it), I wish we would unswoosh the basketball program.

Ironic they would have a store in Simpsonville, hometown of the guy that Coach Rupp
said he would be his first choice for an all time starting five but wouldn’t name the other 4.
