College football-notre dame
MLB- ny yankees
NBA-boston celtics
NFL -Green Bay packers

Major league soccer- WHO GIVES A CRAP!

These are not based on Wins and losses, just long term history and tradition.of those programs.

Notre Dame hasn't won crap in my lifetime so don't really get ND. They won a title when I was 1 I guess lol.

I'm basing most of this off n my lifetime. lakers have been way more successful than celtics since 87. Yankees habent done much since 2009 but still yankees. And so on.

I get what he's saying, though. ND has been in the playoffs some but they've been largely irrelevant for years. Last year was the first time they've really been a threat to win. Even when they made the playoffs they'd get trounced. I think part of tradition is maintaining tradition.

Kind of an aside, but Nebraska football is a weird one.

I saw a video of the game they played last year (or year before?) in Ireland, and it was an absolute sea of Nebraska fans. We met some folks once on vacation from there and said on gamedays, the state pretty much shuts down.

The fact that they've been so dog crap for...what...20 years or more is WILD to me given their tradition and what they were in the '80s and '90s.

1987 was almost 40 years ago. The NFL Super Bowl era is only 20 years longer than that.

NFL- very casual fan of the NFL, so maybe Patriots and Steelers
NHL- Redwings, Maple Leafs, Canadians
