To me he was the perfect college basketball player, regardless of position.

Only UK player ever that could play every single position and have a positive mismatch at every spot. At least offensively.

How do you guard that team?

PF Mash and Center Mash are pulling the big men away from the post with their shooting and just driving past them.

PG, SG, and SF Mash are posting up their man.

Can’t play zone against them, because they are all 39% from 3 and at 6’8 can shoot over everyone.

And everybody can rebound.

Can’t press them, because everyone can handle and pass.

Defense might struggle, but that team is putting up a 100 points every game, so that’s probably not an issue.

My thought exactly. If Pitino doesn't get him to come here our turnaround would've been a lot longer. Also my screen name is a dead giveaway for who my favorite player is.

With the new influx of posters, I feel like the talent pool would start spreading thin quickly.

We'd have people drafting Corey Sears and Matt Heissenbuttel four pages in.

I was only being half serious, but seems like there were some disputes, such as the time I very obviously to anyone with eyeballs and a working memory of UK history had what was easily the best team and should’ve been the clear winner without any argument.

Just stuff like that.

But jokes aside, if you want to do it, I’m game. I’m sure we’d have more than enough to get it going. We can nail down the particulars later.

Yeah, I had the same thought. We’d have to cap it at ten or twelve. Or maybe have multiple groups of ten or twelve, then have those go head to head at some point.

Same! I changed mine multiple times. I oddly found it very hard to not put in Jarrod Polson. I don't know why, but I loved that guy when he played for us.
