Ahh, the Golden age. Whoever coined that phrase must have been about 22.

Knocking on the door at 68. Took up golf when I retired and it's aging me quick...

Every day could be our last one.

Speaking of which, I thought you'd finally ended it all when we didn't see you for a long time

One thing is for sure, the universe lied to us. All we heard was "these are the Golden years". One big lie. If you work hard, your body starts a rebellion with your mind at this age.
Its like your mind thinks you are still 30 but your body says WTF are you doing, I can't do that.
The greatest thing we can pass down to our kids is wisdom and knowledge
Now, it is up to them to listen to you or not!

Really glad RR posters can move here to post. Looking forward to earning my keep.

I'm on the verge. Turned 69 in April. First game I ever saw was UK vs NC in Memorial Coliseum, December 1966. Dean Smith in his 5th season, Rupp winding down. We lost. Broke my heart. But I remember the program had a cartoon picture of the bottom of a foot with a big black spot on the heel. Best depiction I've ever seen of a Tarheel!

I bet they have some tales to tell.
I don't qualify in that age range, Im early 50's, hope I live long enough to see the 80's.

With that being said, a client mine a few years back was the team bus driver for the CATS for many years, Cynthiana Kentucky. Hall, Sutton, Tubby, Pitino. Trying to do business and staying focused was a tall task, I couldn't process some of the stories he told me..

Will Lavender should contact that dude and write a book...

80 years young---63-67 at UK---the RUNTS were extra special, as was Cotton Nash.

Hagan and Ramsey were something to behold in their day.

                          I'm 41, but feel 70 this morning.

It's crazy how quickly everything falls to s after 40.

Our very own Will Lavender has found a youth serum that he might sell. Serious inquiries, only.

                            That's awesome, playing golf.

Yesterday was a huge step forward for me, hit 150 ball on the range for the first time in over 5 years post stroke November 23.

I actually feel pretty good today but something inside of me died, my inner balance is 97% maybe.
