This is what it's all about.....kids getting an opportunity to play for their dream school. It isn't about starting roles, minute distribution, number of shot opportunities per game or any of that stuff. It is about becoming part of something bigger than one's self. It is good to see that this sort of thing still resonates with some people. Potter clearly knows what UK basketball is all about.

I like it! Reese seems like the type of player who is way above the usual 13/14/15 type guy on the roster. Many guys have transferred from schools at his level that were great D1 players laters on.

Don't know if I've ever seen a UK team this deep going to 13 or 14th man range. The depth is outstanding.

I agree with everyone that it's good to see this attitude still present for some local KY players.

Reece has two years of eligibility. Hope to see him work hard and make the most of any opportunity he does have to earn PT.

A player can help the team even if they aren't commonly earning PT, providing leadership and being great teammate, in addition to their contributions in practice.

Happy to hear that he seems to have a great appreciation and attitude about the program.

He will be another good point center for UK. Next year we might see some twin towers with MM and RP in the game together.
