2003 UK-Florida game at Rupp..Gators were ranked #1

I have never seen Rupp Arena that loud

I haven't been to a ton of UK games, but this is certainly one of the more impressive ones I've seen. Rupp was so loud you couldn't even think straight! That 2003 team was special. It is a shame the Keith Bogans injury derailed that post-season effort. That group was very capable of cutting down the nets had that not happened.

Kansas game in the seventies where we were down 10 pts with 30 seconds to go at rupp and we won the game

Being poor redneckabillies, we didn't have a lot of opportunities for tickets. But did manage a few good ones:

- The Nashville SECT that the Prince/Bogans squad won.
- Whipping the dirty birds at Freedom Hall - the one with Derek Anderson's monster dunk. My brother and I had seats 6 rows behind the tards' bench. A lot of fun.
- Got to see David Robinson in Rupp.

My favorite was this one though with my uncle. 2003 #1 Florida rolls into Rupp and gets destroyed. (Not sure how to embed, or if its possible here):

That's wild. This game used to be spoken about all the time back in the day. It was apparently crazy to watch how good he was.

I did see a Blue/White game there. Rondo's last year. Got a seat on the first or second row. Never in my life have I see someone dominate a game like he did that scrimmage. It was like watching a senior in high school play against 4th graders. Everywhere he went on the court it was like an atom bomb going off. I'm not sure until that day that I realized how good he really was.

I had the opportunity to go to that NIT game they played at Memorial, but I passed.

At that point, I was so angry about the Clyde experiment that I just wanted it to end. I'm hindsight, I should have just for the experience.

I wasn't very old at that game and so I probably didn't really appreciate the performance he put on fully. People say he got a standing ovation when he left the game, and I think I remember that happening.

Was at the 98 regional championship win against duke. Awesome. Also at the 83 UK v ul regional championship in knoxville. Not as much fun once OT buried us.
