    Judge finally signs the agreement

Looks like plenty of wiggle room embedded within the ruling. Schools will still be bending rules and finding advantages for decades to come. BUT—at least it’s getting enforcement out of the hands of the NCAA.

Most importantly is the guy put in charge of compliance is Bryan Seeley—who got his bachelor’s from Princeton and JD from Harvard. Sorry UNC and Duke.
Schools are now free to begin paying their athletes directly, marking the dawn of a new era in college sports brought about by a multibillion-dollar legal settlement that was formally approved Friday.

Actually academics will still be in the hands of the NCAA—so UNC or other special schools could in fact still have fake departments and classes.

I've read several articles that refer to new roster limits. However, none of the articles list the numbers. Early on it was expected to be 105 for fb and 15 for bb. Is that what was approved in the final order?

As far as I know. But I’m not sure either.

No idea about football but basketball is 15.

Seems like I read football is 105. No walk on.
