A few questions here:
What are some rules of the game you don't understand or wish more people understood fully?
What changes would you like to see made?
I wish more people understood that you have to have the ball AND both feet across the half court line in order for it to be an over and back. So often you see a player have a foot or the ball cross the line, they go back, and everyone loses their mind because they didn't call and over and back.
I really hope they go to a challenge system at some point instead of all of these dang monitor reviews. Give the coach a challenge each half. They can use it at any time and challenge anything. A missed foul call, out of bounds, literally anything. If they get the challenge wrong, they lose a TO. If they get the challenge right, they get another one.
I also wish they would look at the F1 language. Incidental contact to the head of a defender (thinking of Butler getting called for one when he shot a layup) shouldn't be an F1, IMO.
