What are your Expectations going into SEC Tourney??

Expectations do not mean just UK or even games. When I am able to watch live (not having episodes like I have the past 3 to 4 months), I love most games. I would watch tons of games this week. Heck i was only able to watch about 4 minutes of one game yesterday before turning off. Just hate not watching but my health is more important driving from winchester to Cincinnati 3 times a week and working a full day in Cincy. Anyway I am saving myself maybe for a game on Friday to watch and a game Saturday and if I get lucky a game Sunday. Then watch selection show. That is my real expectations. Except Kathy now has me expecting to go to Spalding's and get a doughnut, maybe head to Southland Doughnuts and get a Cream horn and then stop at North Lime and get a square doughnut. lol

My buddies want nothing to do with the donut tour. Plus, the flippin’ pep rally starts at 9 a.m.!!! Looking forward to seeing Matthew Mitchell’s band. Gonna be a long day.

I would probably rather get a 6 but Kentucky has had its two most surprising tournament runs as a 4 and an 8--both times knocking out the 1 seed.

Yeah, I’d prefer the six over the five. You know a twelve is going to beat a five, while the elevens are usually teams that barely squeaked in.

Lets just lace em up and play 1 at a time. If this team were to look past an opponent they will lose. I hope we get a 4 seed (means we had a great run in the SEC tourney). But like most years i expect us to be an under seeded team. We will probably win the SEC Tourney and somehow get seeded 10.

We go every year. This is no exception. We're not going until mid day tomorrow since we won't play until 8:30 at best. Like always I expect us to win the SEC tourney. We're lower level tomorrow night. Undecided after that. I heard about these "cheap tickets" from people that obviously don't go. But that hasn't been my experience in buying them. This has been one of the toughest tickets to get that I remember.

I was there in St Louis. We had a pretty good run in '19 in that loss to Tn in the semis. I'm not normally an officials blamer but we got cheated there. Funny how things work out. Auburn beat them the next day. Then we ended up in the bracket with Auburn and played for the FF. What if we had beaten UT that day? Win or lose to Auburn on Sunday we're not in the same bracket. Do we get a FF? Or do we not make it to the E8?

I'm convinced the '20 team would have won the SEC tourney. We won the regular season by 3 games. Of course '21 was a dud. And last year we were lucky to beat Vandy in the first game. We did enjoy Tampa though. We were free all afternoon Saturday and all day sunday. I had lower level book and could only get $100 for the 2 tickets for sunday.
