It’s in his shooting hand, but the article states he avoided ligament injury…so why’s he out?

I can't figure out why he was limping going off the court when he hurt his finger.

I saw that to. What the heck. Maybe we're in a simulation or something.

Out a few weeks. Or at least one. Injuries at UK are always an adventure.

Good thing, too. He was all over that W yesterday. That three he hit in the second half when the game got close was massive.

The player we've seen the last two games is the one I thought we were getting.

Another thing about Fredrick is that in the postgame videos it's clear he's a leader on the team.

Haha. He better be a leader. Seems like I remember him a year or 2 behind me in high school. My knees haven’t held up so well either.

In the Bahamas everyone felt that CJ and Reeves were an upgrade from Mintz and Grady. Then they were not. Honestly if we have any hope of finishing the season on an uptick they both have to be at least as good as their predecessors. Don’t want to get to excited over one good outing. But it does at least give reason to hope.

Fredrick seemed to come out timid earlier in the year. He now looks like he wants the ball and I like the 12-15 foot baseline shots he has been getting. He was a big part of why UK upset Tennessee.

We all said what needed to happen for this year to be a success....

Oscar to be the Oscar he was last year
CJ and Reeves to knock down 40% of their wide open threes and not be defensive liabilities
Wallace to be a lottery pick style player and defender
Toppin to show his game has developed and is consistent.
Wheeler just to be under control and not think he needs to score or make miraculous plays

Unfortunately all of that hasn't happened all at once yet, but it seems even when just a couple of those things happen we are a competitive team. We will see soon enough if we gain confidence and move forward or if that was an anomaly in Knoxville.
