Clark is already on board, but there's a real possibility UK could sign 5 of the top 15 in the class with Sharpe, Lively, Wallace, Clark, and Bona.

I’m betting the odds of signing Lively and Bona are slim. It’s likely one or the other.

I prefer Lively, but Bona’s pretty stout, too. No one will outwork that kid.

Landing Sharpe would be HUGE. I still expect a full court press from the pro leagues to try to get him even after he commits to UK. Will be interesting to watch.

There does appear to be some movement for Livingston to UK. I’m surprised, but not totally buying it yet.

Oh yeah, more than a chance. It’s us and Duke right now, and most think we’re in the better spot. It’s no coincidence that Bona started entertaining other suitors. Positive UK movement with other recruits (see, Sharpe and Wallace) is good for our chances with Lively.

I know it sounds kinda crazy and I won’t bet my house on it happening, but a Clark, Sharpe, Wallace, Livingston, Lively class is a legitimate possibility.

Always subjective and difficult to say. But wouldn’t it be awesome to have a class in that discussion again! Been a while.

It’s definitely up there. You’re talking about a class that meets every positional need (like the Randle group), with guys who are in the top two or three at every respective position — two of which are in contention for #1 overall.

Travis Branham claims it could be the best class of Cal’s career.

Temper expectations though, folks. Livingston and Lively are not done deals.

I feel terrible for the high-schoolers who have signed with that scam league. They’ve been given such horrible advice.

Yeah, Jack Pilgrim said on their latest podcast that UK is prioritizing Lively over Bona and Bona isn't in a hurry to commit anyway and may be in UK's back pocket if they miss on Lively. Sounds like Livingston is a priority now as well
