Maybe I'm thinking of a different Allen than the one mentioned who got his first FG in the second half. The Allen I saw hit two threes early in the first half and that caused a UF timeout and in my mind, changed their defense and opened up the middle for the others to take advantage of. May have been our most important FG's of the game.

I think the poster misspoke and meant "late in the first half."

I think the poster misspoke and meant "late in the first half."

I knew that, I was just pickin. However late in either half is not correct. I checked the play-by play and Allen hit his first 3 at the 15:39 point in the first half and his second at 14:29, followed by a Florida TO at 14:20. Those two 3's changed their defense.
