Who is the best college basketball program of all-time? Well, if you ask Matt Norlander of CBS, he would tell you that it’s your University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Norlander ranked all teams, compiled by a list featuring national championships, Final Fours, Elite Eights, tournament bids, total wins, weeks ranked, top-10 draft picks, etc

Kentucky ranked first with 1,931.8 points, almost 250 points more than second place North Carolina. Duke was third, followed by UCLA at No. 4., and Kansas rounded out the top five. Louisville, Indiana, UConn, Villanova, and surprisingly enough, Cincinnati rounded out the top ten.
