Because he really wanted to go to Kentucky but they said he was too slow and didn't run a 3.9 forty yard dash with a 48 inch vertical

Fulkerson initiates a lot of contact, so we are laying off him a bit to keep him from drawing fouls. On D, he initiates contact, flops, and over exaggerates the contact.

He's played like that all year. Very awkward player that initiates contact and flops/over exaggerates any contact.
