Alabama vs. Kentucky: Game Thread

Thought I'd get this started a couple hours early.

Alabama isn't a great team but they have a solid backcourt, and are coming off a brutal thumping to Mississippi St. this week.

In fact over the last three weeks Alabama has played solid basketball, their only two losses being by a combined eight points to Florida and a ranked Penn St. team.

John Petty is the guy to watch. He's shooting a silly 50% from three and has never had a true masterpiece of a game against UK, so you know he'd like to reverse that trend today.

This won't be an easy game at all IMO.

Bama is one of the best offensive and worst defensive teams in the SEC.

They will jack up 30+ threes. If they hit a bunch we could be In trouble.

Kentucky is playing good basketball.

We're not losing to this Alabama team at home.

Hagans can keep Petty from going nuts. But no...it won't be a cakewalk by any means.

I have the game set on record, not going to be able to watch it live, it's the sacrifices of having a business to run. Hopefully our Cats can stay confident and continue to build on a some good games as of late.

Let's be honest with all due respect, none of our games are ever easy. Everybody wants to beat us and teams sometimes play there best game of the season against us, we just have to worry about us and play to our potential..

This team, with this roster, is going to have to fight with everybody all season long. They'll have to fall in love with close, gnarly wins if they want to be a solid team by March.
