One more tidbit about tonight's game. The same official is assigned the role of alternate for all three final four games, and he is from the PAC-12. That means that in my opinion, one of the worst officials (next to Higgins) is working the Championship game. And he is an SEC official.

Tech isn't like Virginia. They have had some high scoring games this season. Unlike Virginia, they will get up and down fast if the game dictates and they can score in bunches. Someone said they remind them of some of Tubby's best teams and that is a good comparison. I think they are going to beat Virginia rather handily.

TT has scored 80 or more 9 times. VA 8. TT averages 1.5 more ppg than Virginia. They are nearly identical statistically. TT has a bit more athleticism and length giving them the slight edge in blocks and steals.
